Merryvale Winery founded in 1983, located in the heart of the Napa Valley. It was known as Sunnyhill Winery, the first winery built following the Repeal of Prohibition in 1933. Bill Harlan and partners opened the winery as Sunny St. Helena in 1988. In the 55 years before Harlan opened the winery, Ceasare Mondavi, father of Peter and Robert Mondavi, and The Christian Brothers have use it as their maker place.
Merryvale have strong tier to Napa winemaking heritage. Bob Levy was the first wine maker of Merryvale vinery and spent 15 years to direct Merryvale in right track.
Merryvale employs sustainable farming practices and superior standards in the vineyards and winery to ensure that the wines live up to their full potential.
